When Pasha first arrived at our Shelter, everyone could tell he’d had a hard life. He had one of the worst illnesses for dogs, leishmania. He was somewhere around 11 years old, and it was clear he’d probably lived outside for most of his life. He was all skin and bones. Despite everything he’d been through, all Pasha wanted from the very beginning was someone to love him, and we immediately sprung into action to give him all the love and attention he’d been missing.

Pasha also had a severe skin infection. In addition to some other medical issues, he definitely looked a little different because of leishmania illness. We were worried that this illness might scare away potential families, but we hoped that everyone else would be able to see the perfect dog that they had quickly fallen in love with. 

Pasha will do anything for some food. He starved all his life. He also likes to just hang out and not do anything and just lay down all day. He does not even bark at all.

Pasha has so much love to give and just wants to find a family to share it with but unfortunately, it’s been over 2 years, and he is still waiting at the shelter. 

As a senior dog, Pasha just wants somewhere to live out his golden years in peace, and we are hoping that we can find him a forever family as soon as possible.

Pasha would do best in a quiet home. He also needs a family that understands his medical needs. but other than that, all Pasha needs is love, and he’ll give it all right back to you in return. 

Pasha had a rough start to life, and now all he wants is to snuggle up with a family who loves him for the rest of his days. Which he had not much left.
