As a shy and fearful cat, Tartar was having a difficult time adjusting to the rescue environment. If pushed too quickly, he would bite or scratch, and preferred napping in her safe space in his condo. Now in our shelter, Tartar has settled right in! She gladly seeks out attention from all of us. She enjoys batting around a toy or two, but more than anything, she wants to cuddle. Bunny asks for a quiet place that’s all.
